After our investigation, we found that the reason of existence of cockroaches was due to the carelessness of the staff. The staff did not cover the lid
We had dinner at your restaurant on last Sunday (6th Mar 2011) at around seven o'clock. We had ordered two bowls of lobster soup, a Hawaii pizza and a Lasagna Deluxe. The taste of the food are merely acceptable. More worse, the unhygienic environment made us feel particularly uncomfortable. Moreover, it was especially sickening for us to discover two cockroaches inside both soups. Therefore, we asked the waiter for the replacement of the soups. However, he just picked the cockroaches out of the soups in front of us and left. Finally, we got stomach ache at that night and went to the hospital.
We were so disappointed on the poor environment and service provided. We hope that your restaurant would provide proper training to your staff and waiters. Moreover, the improvement towards your environment is expected.
We would like to have an apology and a full refund of our meal from your restaurant.
